The FluxKit turns the bike you already own into a fast, long-range e-bike. Same frame. Same fit.

The complete system • Installed on your bike
In the box
Drops into your wheel, with regenerative braking to recover energy.
Removable pack that doubles as a powerbank. Up to 100 km range.
Real-time speed, range and assist level, right on your bars.
Reads the road ahead and can trigger regenerative braking.
Natural pedal assist that responds smoothly as you ride.
Lock, track and control your ride from your phone.
In motion • What it does
Forward-facing radar reads the space in front of you and can trigger regenerative braking as you approach an obstacle. Awareness, not autopilot — you stay fully in control.
A rider-assist and awareness feature, not a collision-avoidance system.
When you ease off or brake, the motor feeds energy back into the battery instead of wasting it as heat. On a hilly commute, that adds up to real extra distance.
The 480Wh pack locks to your frame and lifts off in a second, so you charge it anywhere. It doubles as a powerbank for your phone or lights when you're off the bike.
How it works • Three steps
Release the wheel you have now. Standard tools, no special skills.
Fit the motor wheel, clip on the battery, mount the display.
Power on, pick your assist level, and go further than you did yesterday.
* 750W (US) / 250W (EU) — power is configured for your region to stay road-legal. Range varies with rider, terrain and assist level.
Why HyperFox
HyperFox started with a team of former drone engineers — people who've taken complex electromechanical products from prototype to production and know how hard the last 10% really is. The FluxKit is that same discipline pointed at the bike you already own. We're building in the open, and you'll see the real progress, not just the renders.

EuroBike 2026 • Frankfurt
We brought prototype FluxKits to EuroBike and spent three days watching people ride them, ask questions, and tell us what they actually wanted. That's what's going into the final product.
